creative visual solutions online catalogue

I developed a site where clients of creative visual solutions can sign up, link to trade shows and events cvs is hosting and rent various items and service they require. Clients can then pay for these items and services online. Clients can also review detailed information on a particular event they are attending.

An administration section was developed to manage products and services, manage client invoices and download various reports.

Imagine Canada Online Risk Videos for Nonprofits

I developed this site for members and non-members of Imagine Canada to subscribe to this website (with a subscription fee), browse and watch videos and webinars online.

An administration application was developed to track transactions and membership information. Administrators can also generate access codes to allow certain individuals and groups to have free access, and they have the ability to track who is using this free access.

Awards of Distinction (OHBA)

3 Successful Years of the Awards of Distinction Website

I developed an online application process so OHBA members and non-members can nominate projects for an Award of Distinction in over thirty categories, each category having different entry criteria. Members had the ability to make an online payment and receive a PDF document of their submission(s).

Users of this site have the ability to purchase tickets for the President's Gala & Awards of Distinction and download their single and/or table tickets for them to print out.

There was an administrative application developed to track nominations, update received nominations, enter judging scores and print-out various documents and results. Administrators can also track ticket sales and cancel tickets if they have been refunded.

Human Resources Summit Awards (HRPA)

4 Successful Years of the HR Summit Awards Website

I developed an online application process that allows members of HRPA to nominate individuals for an HR Summit Award in several different categories.

A group of judges can log into their account and judge the nominations online.

An administrative section was developed to administrate nominations, judges and judging results.

I am also responsible for the maintenance of the site.

The Four Villages Community Health Centre

I developed an application so board members can log in and view pertinent documents uploaded by staff members. Board members can also log in and fill out annual surveys and live text chat with each other.

An administration section was developed so staff members can add and remove categories (and apply permissions for each category) add and remove board members, upload and remove PDF documents as well as activate/deactivate surveys and view results.
